• Have you corrected the error(s)?
  • GTIN-14
    • Is it 14 digits?
    • Does the barcode data match the GTIN-14 in Mantis?
      • Look under Case Specifications: Case Barcode Number
  • Date (for perishable items)
    • Is the correct Application Identifier used?
    • Is it six digits?
    • Is it YYMMDD format?
    • Does the date match the label and the interior units?
  • Weight (for items sold/invoiced to GFI by the weight; aka random/variable weighted items)
    • Is the correct Application Identifier used?
    • Is it six digits?
    • Does the weight match the label?
  • Lot/Batch
    • Is it at the end of the Fixed Length data fields?
    • Does it match the label?
  • Is the data in the correct order?
    • All fixed length data fields before all variable length data fields
  • Name of item on label
• Have you verified and/or corrected the GTIN-14 data in Mantis?
• Have you printed the label with barcode to test and ensure good print quality?
