You will need to sign in to view all articles, videos and guides on Zendesk. You are able to create your own Zendesk user account and maintain your Zendesk profile without assistance from GFI.
If you have an account: Sign in to Zendesk
- Click Sign In at the top right of the screen
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Sign In
If you need an account: Create a Zendesk Account
- Click Sign In at the top right of your screen.
- Click Sign Up under "Forgot my password" on the popup.
- Enter your name and email address, then click Sign Up.
Note: The name you enter is visible to support staff when you submit tickets. - Check your email for the link to set up your password.
