What are Delivered Cost requirements?
GFI requires all domestic products include Delivered Pricing to all GFI Divisions. The "Price" fields are numeric only. The "Minimum Purchase" field should describe the minimum purchase required for delivery.
What are FOB Cost requirements?
FOB means GFI will pick up product at your facility. This price is required for all domestic and imported items.
For Domestic Suppliers, the FOB pick up will be from the facility listed in your vendor record.
For Foreign Suppliers, please submit FOB pricing for GFI to pick up at the designated consolidation facility.
What are the Units of Measure and Currency requirements?
The Vendor Cost Unit of Measure field applies to ALL prices listed on the item (both delivered and FOB.)
- CS is per case price
- LB is per pound price
- KG is per kilogram price
- We do not have a per unit price option.
The Vendor Currency field is not required, however, if your currency is not US Dollars, please select the correct currency.
