How do I know what my New Item Status is?
You can track the status of your New Item by checking the New Item Request tile on your vendor dashboard. You can view the items at each status by double clicking on the status link.
The item status is also visible on the list of pending items under the heading "Item Status"
What does each pending item status mean?
Status | Who is responsible at this status? | Notes |
Not Submitted | Vendor |
The item will remain at this status until submitted to workflow and the record is validated in the system to move forward. When valid, the record moves to "Pending Executive Approval." |
Pending Executive Approval |
GFI - Executive | Our executive will review your item and launch plan. If any changes are needed, the MANTIS user that submitted the record will receive an email. The record will move to "Correct". |
Correct | Vendor |
Make requested changes and resubmit the item for review. |
Data Validation | GFI - Data Team | The Data Team will review the content and digital assets submitted. If any corrections are needed, the MANTIS user that submitted the record will receive an email. |
Data Correction | Vendor |
Make requested changes and resubmit the item for review. |
Assign GFI Item Number | GFI - Buyer | Your buyer is completing item set up in GFI internal systems. The MANTIS user that submitted the record will receive an email when approved. |
Declined |
Items can be declined for multiple reasons. If your item is declined, the user that submitted the record will receive an email stating why. The declined record remains in Pending Item in Mantis. |
How to View Workflow Comments
Go to Pending Items
Click on the top right drop down, and click "PS Item Default"
Workflow Comments are now present
Double click on the workflow comment to view the workflow comment in detail
Go to the "System" tab, then click "Workflow Comments"
The workflow comments will appear as such:
