Who gets Workflow Emails?
Each MANTIS user is set up with an email address. The MANTIS user that submits a record will receive all emails associated with that record. This is why it is important that multiple users have their own MANTIS credentials.
How do I add a user or broker to our MANTIS account?
Types of Workflow Emails
There are several types of workflow that generate emails.
- New Item
- Item Update Request
- New Promotion
- Cost Change
Workflow emails are sent when a record needs corrections and when the record is approved.
All workflow emails are sent from no-reply@gfifoods.com
What if I don't receive Workflow Emails?
- Check your email Spam folder. All workflow emails come from no-reply@gfifoods.com. If the emails are being sent to Spam, you may need to whitelist this email address. Check with your company's IT department if you are unsure how to do that.
- Ensure you are using your own MANTIS user account. If you are using a MANTIS account originally set up for another user, all emails will be sent to that other employee. You can request your own MANTIS account by submitting a Zendesk ticket. How do I add a user or broker to our MANTIS account?
- If you are using your own MANTIS account and have verified the emails are not in Spam, please submit a Zendesk ticket to update your user email address.
