Our MANTIS 2020 Vendor Dashboard has been designed for better productivity in our system. This article provides a brief description of the dashboard features.

When you sign in as an approved vendor, you should see the below MANTIS Dashboard. The far left are short cut links, the center tiles direct you to specific records and the images surrounding direct you to important GFI documents. Keep scrolling for more details.
What are the center tiles?
The center tiles are special searches that display your company's information for each section. We have two types of tiles - link and chart.
The Cost Change, Item Update, New Item and Pending Promotions tiles use the link tile. These links show the number of records at each status within that section. These tiles are for "In Progress" or "Pending" records. Once the records are approved, they do not display in these tiles. In this example, there are 3 cost change records, one Submitted, one Not Submitted and one Invalid.
The Purchase Order and Action Needed - Marketing tiles are chart tiles. Green shows valid records, red shows records that need corrections or approved. In this example, all of the vendor's active purchase orders are valid (approved.)
Occasionally, you will log in and see "No data found" on one or more of these tiles. This does not mean there is a problem with MANTIS. This means your company does not currently have any records in these categories. This is not unusual. In this example, the vendor does not have any item records that are being updated.
Links on the Left
The links indicated with the green star are within the MANTIS platform.
The links indicated with the yellow star are external. These are helpful links for Supplier Support, including a link from MANTIS to Zendesk.
Surrounding Images
The images along the right side and bottom of the dashboard will take you to the ISSUU links for important GFI Documentation. The top of each ISSUU tile has multiple options for viewing the document.
- The View button (yellow box) opens the ISSUU link in a tab within the MANTIS platform
- The Download button (green box) will download the document to your computer.
- The Share button (red box) will pop up a link directly to the document that you can copy and share.
The images that are stacked on the right side of the dashboard are the Gourmet Foods International Supplier Policies and Guidelines and Marketing Programs. These documents are updated annually. Your MANTIS dashboard will always have the current version of the document for view.
The images along the bottom of the dashboard are the Gourmet Foods International catalog and current Monthly Flyer. The catalog is updated annually and the flyers are published monthly. Head over to our Promotions section for information about getting your products included in either publication!
