What are the Company Contacts?
Company contacts are handled in MANTIS and it is the supplier's responsibility to keep contact information up to date. GFI uses the contact information to communicate marketing opportunities, publishes to our sales team, and to send payment information. Company Contacts are not necessarily MANTIS users. Only individuals that need to be able to make changes in MANTIS for your company need to have MANTIS user access.

Open your Vendor Record
In the Vendor Contacts section, you can add contacts or update existing contacts.
To ADD NEW contacts, click the + (plus sign) to create a new contact line. Click once in each square to add the necessary information.
To EDIT an existing contact, click once in the square that needs updated, complete the information and click Apply.
