Our Quality Control team requests vendors update documents that expire on an annual basis. The supplier is responsible to upload these documents and update any corresponding information such as expiration date in MANTIS on their company record.
Step by Step
- Click on Vendor|Company Information. Click the check box next to your company name and then click Edit.
- Click on the QC Compliance|Digital Assets tab to open the QC information. Update any necessary information in this section, being sure to click Save before continuing.
- To add updated documents, click on the Upload Assets button.
