If an off-schedule price increase is granted by GFI Executive approval, the Supplier may be subject to a $500 rush fee plus $100 per item to implement. The cost change must be submitted in MANTIS, according to all GFI submission rules, and selecting a valid Effective Date. If approved for off-schedule increase, the Effective Date will be updated internally by GFI prior to final approval of the cost change.

To REQUEST an off-schedule cost change, indicate the desired effective date in the Comments section when submitting your change request. OR submit a ticket requesting the off-schedule change. Be sure that your cost change request was SUBMITTED before sending the ticket.
