Please submit a ticket using the Payment Status form.
- Sign in to your Zendesk account. (Click here for how to create an account.)
- Click Submit request
- Select Payment Status|Invoice Request from the drop down menu.
- Select the appropriate Topic For Payables
- Please complete all fields and attach a copy of the invoice. This will reduce the research time required to check into your payment status.
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to send your ticket.
